I was skeptical of the name driving by, still went in because they are always so busy. I was skeptical of the intentions because Johnny was always so friendly. I was skeptical of the workmanship because I had a significant breakdown and after repair the engine was still vibrating and had a loss of power. I took it back and Lee said it must be a different part based on the trouble code and I feared I would be paying labor and parts 2x to correct the misfire because a second coil was required. At this point many mechanics, because of their pride, would have put another coil to express firmly that they are professionals and are not wrong about their craft. These guys displayed a greater level of professionalism through authenticity and integrity by telling me that after diagnostics couldn’t at first determine the problem and through closer inspection realized the coil they replaced wasn’t fully connected as they pressed it down it clicked and everything was then working great! THESE ARE THE KIND OF BUSINESS MEN THAT ARE WORTHY OF YOUR TIME AND MONEY IN ANY FIELD OF EXPERTISE. I am happy to say that I have a good local mechanic to refer to everyone I know now.

Happy to rate them as five stars from start to finish. Never felt like they tried to do work that wasn’t needed, prices are competitive, and the service is honest and courteous. My wife and I take both of our vehicles here and feel like we found “our mechanic.“

Honest One has been my family's car mechanic since before I was born. They have always cared for the three cars we've had in our lives with quality parts and fair prices. The staff as always had a family vibe about them and great customer service.

Absolutely recommend!!! I live 60 mi away, but I used this location for a vehicle pre-purchase inspection four years ago and again today. They did a thorough job four years ago (I bought that vehicle), and quickly steered me clear of a bad vehicle today. Today, Johnny did a quick look at the vehicle in the parking lot, and gave me an honest assessment on the spot for no charge. When I offered to buy him lunch for his trouble, he kindly declined, saying “That’s what we’re here for.” If I lived in Denver, these guys would be my go to spot for auto service every single time. Absolutely trust these guys!

Over the years we we have visited various shops for work on our cars. By far, the one we most trust and respect is Honest One. Johnny and the rest of the crew have always provided us with exceptional service, consideration, inspections and advice. We could not be more enthusiastic about Honest One, and have without fail recommended them to others. Many companies have names reflecting supposedly what they are or do. Honest One, an addition to all of their other attributes definitely lives up to their name.

Tonya, who manages the office, was very helpful. She was very clear in her communication and the follow-through was exactly as promised. The only bummer I had was one of the mechanics stated I needed new struts because the struts were showing to be at the end of their life. What they don't know is I replaces those struts myself about 10,000 miles earlier. The car is driven like an old lady with less than 500 miles a month. It's possible the mechanic may have mistaken my car for someone else's. So if you give them a try, and just like any vendor no matter the industry, do your due diligence. If you really need auto work, I highly recommend you talk to someone you trust who knows a bit about auto maintenance. Much of what I do for my own car is very easy to do and yet shops tend to charge high prices for the work.

They were quick, friendly, descriptive and honest. Loved them, I'll go there again.

We've been coming to Honest One for years! Great service and Johnny is always willing to answer my questions. This last time I came in after sliding though a circle drive and hitting and breaking my wheel. They were able to find me a used one that saved me a couple hundred dollars!

The owner, manager and technicians are highly professional. They did a great job on my vehicle this week. They’re making appointments very conveniently. They take measures to ensure they keep tools, uniforms and the vehicle very clean. They make sanitizer available for their customers as well. I love this auto repair!
