The Good: They were very friendly and helpful. I had left valuables in my car that were still there when I got back. Their customer service went above and beyond.The Bad: The main problem I had was my car had white smoke coming from the exhaust. I was told by them that meant it was burning oil. After the repair, it is still smoking. (Other mechanics have said that it could be a crack in the head gasket or a broken seal, neither of these possibilities were mentioned to me by Honest-1. I don't know if the reason was they didn't want to go into detail, or they knew that a cracked head gasket would be too expensive for me to fix, and instead told me it was a far less expensive repair so they could get $$-this is purely speculation of course)
