Johnny & the rest of the crew are awsome. And since I had a credit, it was applied toward my oil change. And even though I had forgotten to tell them that I needed the tail light fixed, they took care of. Plus, Johnny had a printout for my estimate to get the driver's side headlight replaced since it kept filling up with water whenever it rained or the sprinkler system was on, evidently due to a small hole they discovered when they were checking it out. Also, I appreciated the courtesy ride back home & return to the shop when my car was ready(:(:

This was my first time in as a customer, normally I go to sears for my mechanic jobs. I was given a coupon to honest care n I am glad I took advantage of the coupon. Not only did I save money but also was treated well with customer service and they were true to their words re getting me in and out as they said they would. The results of service was noticeable and better. Thank u for being honest and not trying to find other things wrong on the car for more revenue like other small mechanic shops! You do exactly what the customer wants and no more or no less! Thank you! Keep up the honesty with your customers and you will have their loyalty!
