I love the fact I can call ahead for an oil change or something else and they tell be the best time to bring in the car. Service is always great and everyone is friendly and professional. They never try to sell me something unneeded so I respect their recommendations.

I have an innate, irrational hatred of all mechanics, and I would rather have my car explode in the middle of the road than take it in - just cause I don't like dealing with mechanics. That being said, Honest 1 is pretty much the only place I've ever been confident in bringing my cars - to the point that I paid extra to tow my car there from the other side of town when the radiator blew (which, coincidentally, did happen in the middle of the road). Listen - no mechanic is perfect. There's no omnipotent car whisperers out there that just get things right every time, all the time. That's why Honest 1's warranty period is such a massive deal for me. I'm sure there's cheaper people out there - but all I care about is giving my car the fullest life that it can possibly lead before I drive it straight into the ground. So far, Honest 1 is the only mechanic that gives me any hope of accomplishing that.
