Amazing place. I called this morning and spoke with Clint. I told him what was going on with my car and he said I could save some money and recommended that I try to replace my gas cap before bringing my car in. I am so grateful for the advice, and the willingness to help me over making a buck. I have gone to Honest One for years and I have always had the same exceptional service. As a woman it is nice to feel like a car place is being honest and not trying to take advanage of you. Highly Recommend!

Setup an appointment online. Called to confirm and they said my request for an appointment was denied because they don't work on Audi vehicles. I received no response, no courtesy call stating that the appointment was cancelled. Oddly enough when you select your vehicle make on their website "Audi" is listed amongst many others. 4 stars for making an effort.
