Being unfamiliar with car issues I generally expect to be "taken advantage of." This was not the case at Honest 1, they had no problem telling me that there wasn't anything wrong with my car and gave me an estimate on work "it could use." I have never been treated so well and honestly at an auto care facility. They have gained my service for life. It also helped that while I was there, several customers spoke of going there for years. One person even said "I know they will tell me when it isn't worth fixing it anymore." Times are hard for everyone, But they chose to take care of the customer instead of "making a buck."

Awesome job by #162 in Littleton, Colorado. They did a great job aligning my Jeep Liberty, could have scammed me for a bunch of front end parts I didn't need, but they were HONEST! Wow, what a refreshing experience from an auto repair shop. Keep up the good work and you will definitely be my shop of choice while I'm in the Denver area.

Having been led astray by a competitor, I was seeking an experienced shop close to my home with a reputation of quality service and integrity. While getting an alignment, I spoke with a long time customer that had me sold, in addition to the positive feedback on my Google search the day prior. I was met with excellent customer service, communications and accurate estimate of time it would take for the alignment. The next day I came back with an uneven brake wear issues that they correctly diagnosed and repaired in short order. I was also privy to quite a few customer engagements while waiting for my vehicle and found this to be a place I'd send my family and friends. Greg & Wes have a new customer(s)... I had the fluids flushed & filled, a water pump replaced,& the A/C serviced on my 2003 Toyota Celica. We purchased the VIP coupon book to save some money. The staff was thorough and caught that the water pump was about to go out due a failing seal. The prices were reasonable and the staff was helpful and courteous. We will be bringing our cars to Honest 1 in the future.
